WATCHING DISNEY ENCHANTMENT FROM TOP OF THE WORLD LOUNGE - A VILLAINS LAIR
The Disney Vacation Club (DVC) Top of the World Lounge – A Villains Lair atop Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort reopened to members on July 11, 2022. There was some confusion as we weren't able to go when we originally planned at 6pm. Currently, they are running a paid reservation package until August 11, 2022 (it may be extended). The “Wicked Wind Down” package is priced at $55 per person and includes a cocktail, an appetizer, and a special “sinfully sweet treat.” It also includes a reserved viewing area on the rooftop terrace for the fireworks, as well as a reserved table inside the lounge. If you do not purchase this package, you can put your name on a waitlist. They also open the observation deck 30 minutes prior to fireworks and eligible members can go there to watch the fireworks (space is limited). We were able to walk in with no issue before the 2nd fireworks at 10:55pm. After the fireworks, a line formed and people were seated first come, first served and we were able to get a table and order some food and drinks.
