NEW ELF HALO GLOW BEAUTY WANDS \ FIRST IMPRESSION & TONS OF COMPARISONS

Today I swatch and try the brand new @elfcosmetics Halo Glow Beauty Wands and wow, am I impressed? If you watch my channel, you will know, I am a huge fan of Charlotte Tilbury, so I'm always skeptical about the dupes.

I try the first 3 shades of the Contour, the darker 3 shades of the blush and the lightest 2 shades of the highlighters. I also do swatch comparisons to not only Charlotte Tilbury & Tarte, but also Flower Beauty, Milani, Revolution Beauty.
